Lee Holmes will show you how to look after your health with everyday and delicious superfoods, creating a choc mint smoothie and use a spiraliser to make a fantastic zucchini noodle stir fry. Learn how easy it is to make your own fermented foods – Dorota Trupp will create jun tea, a coconut kefir smoothie and rejuvelac. Georgia Barnes will show you how to create healthy snacks and lunches for busy people with gorgeous turmeric wraps, homemade mayonnaise and scrumptious fillings, while Maz and Georgie will have you lusting after their raw vegan sweets.

Join The Paleo Chef Pete Evans and The Clean Living Cook, Luke Hines as they show you how to live The Paleo Way!

Luke will kick off the day by creating healthy superfood breakfasts, a paleo parfait and fritters, followed by Pete with an in-depth session on bone broth and how to use it to make nutritious chicken soups. A paleo cook-off wouldn’t be complete without cauliflower rice and zucchini noodles. Do you have fussy little eaters? These guys have got you covered with chicken cakes for kids.

In the afternoon Luke will create delicious paleo desserts and Pete will finish off the day with fermentation, creating sauerkraut and teaming it up with a cracking creamy chicken salad and grilled fish with a chorizo and tomato salsa.
